The electric vehicle (EV) industry has witnessed rapid global growth over recent years, with countries accelerating transitions toward cleaner energy solutions. Turkey has emerged as a key player in the EV charging sector, thanks to its strategic location bridging Europe and Asia, and its growing focus on sustainable technologies. Among the top ten major EV charging brands in Turkey, three have recently established significant collaborations with SINO Energy Technology, a leading international provider in the renewable energy and EV infrastructure space.
These top Turkish brands recognize SINO Energy Technology’s commitment to cutting-edge innovation and high-efficiency solutions in the EV charging sector. By forming these partnerships, they aim to integrate advanced charging technologies into the Turkish EV ecosystem. This move is expected to enhance charging speed, reliability, and scalability, catering to the growing demand for electric vehicle infrastructure within the country.
In this parking lot project, we installed both AC charger and DC fast charger to meet different electric vehical's charging demand. Such stations are becoming a vital part of urban development, ensuring that EV owners can recharge their vehicles quickly during short stops. This particular parking lot, chosen for its strategic location, serves a high-volume area, making EV charging more accessible to drivers.
DC fast charging technology allows for significantly quicker charging times compared to Level 1 and Level 2 chargers, reducing wait times for EV owners. Typically, these chargers are capable of replenishing an EV battery to about 80% in under an hour, depending on the vehicle model. For busy city dwellers on tight schedules, this innovation is essential.
The introduction of this charging station not only benefits EV users but also underscores Turkey’s broader movement toward cleaner energy solutions. By encouraging the use of electric vehicles and providing the necessary infrastructure, these efforts directly contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and urban pollution.
