Can I put my brand logo on charger?

Yes, We can put your logo on the ev chargers with MOQ of 50pcs for AC chargers and 10pcs for DC chargers.

Does your products have quality certification?

We have a very strict quality controlling system. Our EV charging products passes with CE/TUV/KC/ETL certifications.

How about your delivery Lead time?

Generally, AC charger sample 7 days / bulk 35 days, DC chargers about 45 days. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

How long is the warranty time? And how can we guarantee quality?

All products warranty for 24 month. Our products have undergone strict factory inspections and rarely encounter after-sales problems. In case of any product failure, Our engineering team will support in fast speed to do the trouble shooting.

How long does your company working in ev charging industry?

Is it hard to install your ev charger? What if I don't know how to install it after purchase?

Our products are very easy to install. And we have installation instructions that are easy to understand as well. For each client, we provide technical training service including the operation training and maintenance training through all kinds of method according to customers' need.

I'm not sure what kind of ev charger I need, can you advise?

Of course, our product specialists know our products very well and We trains them to keep up with the latest technology and products to provide timely, fast and quality service to our customers.

Can we ask for the remote testing of charging session with our management platform?

Yes, once customer ordered from us, we will arrange the remote testing with customer Platform. We are the member of OCPP, can support connection with any of operating management platform.

What is an OCPP application?

The Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) is an open-source communication protocol for networked electric vehicle chargers. The Smart charger is able to work with any charger management software that uses these protocols to direct Smart Charging.
